UK Power Networks is seeking a Billing Analyst in Crawley to manage invoicing, payments and data accuracy. You will work with electricity suppliers and IDNOs, ensuring timely billing and query resolution while supporting system testing and improvements.

The role offers a £32,264 salary with a 7.5% bonus on a 9–12 month fixed-term contract, with blended working after probation (office and remote). Strong numeracy and data skills are essential.

Formación

• Five GCSEs at grades A-C/9-4 including English and Mathematics.
• Experience in a commercial or financial environment would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices with supporting information.
• Allocate bank payments and resolve cross‑company allocations.
• Monitor outstanding balances and manage non‑payment penalties.
• Maintain standing data and investigate anomalies across large datasets.
• Resolve billing queries and disputes across two billing platforms.
• Build relationships with 220 electricity suppliers and IDNOs.
• Support system testing and work with vendors on fixes and enhancements.
• Provide clear information and insight to senior management and Pricing and Contract Management teams.
