Job summary

UK Power Networks is seeking a Connection Agreements Coordinator to join a small team within the Finance directorate, based at Energy House in Crawley. The role is permanent with a salary of £30,816 and a 7.5% bonus.

You will prepare and administer customer connection agreements, respond to enquiries, and maintain accurate records while ensuring regulatory and confidentiality requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Five GCSEs at grades 9-4 or A*-C, incl. English & Maths.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication with accessible explanations.
• Ability to organise a varied workload and manage high volumes of enquiries.
• Confidence using Excel and Word to manage information and produce documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer customer connection agreements and variations.
• Respond to customer enquiries by email and phone about standing data.
• Explain options for changing connection information clearly.
• Update standing data and records for new or amended agreements.
• Monitor the issue, return and filing of agreements with complete records.
• Resolve queries promptly, escalating when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to progress agreements.
• Handle personal and commercially sensitive information per data protection rules.
