Job summary

UK Power Networks in Maidstone is seeking a Connection Coordinator within Connections Services to manage end-to-end metered connections for 1–4 properties up to 69kVA. You will coordinate surveys, quotations and site visits while delivering excellent customer service.

Starting salary £34,726 per year plus a 3% bonus, with progression after training. GCSE level education and good PC skills are required; benefits include private health, pension, cycle-to-work and other staff schemes.

Responsibilities

• Develop great relationships with customers.
• Receive and process initial enquiries.
• Facilitate booking of surveyor site visits.
• Raise, issue and manage quotations.
• Process payments for customers.
• Operate SAP and SAP CRM for planning and execution.
• Liaise with operatives and contractors for site issues.
• Help investigate customer complaints and escalate.
• Record and coordinate GSOP standards.
• Assist with compliance or UAT projects.
• Support department projects and team progression.
