Job summary

UK Power Networks is recruiting a Disconnections Coordinator in Maidstone to coordinate daily disconnections and ensure delivery within time, cost, quality and safety standards.

You will manage quotations, regulatory processes and customer service standards while supporting emergency readiness and reporting progress to the Network Operations Manager. A salary of £38,521 plus benefits and a 3% bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience of Project Management and safety compliance.
• Strong organisational awareness and ethical behavior.
• Experience with payments, invoicing and cost analysis.
• Desirable: NRSWA and MAP21 related workflows.
• Experience handling disconnections applications and street works logistics.
• Ability to schedule and monitor weekly programmes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily disconnections programme to target timescales, cost, quality and safety.
• Ensure high service levels and zero customer complaints per ICE and Broad Measure targets.
• Manage project budget to achieve financial targets.
• Ensure work complies with company procedures and safety standards.
• Support emergency readiness for local/tactical teams and assist Network Operations Manager when needed.
• Attend customer meetings and prepare regular progress reports.
• Liaise with operatives, contractors and authorities to ensure on-time delivery.
