Job summary

Presidents Summit Ltd. invites a highly organised operations professional to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences a year. You will handle venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and ensuring an exceptional attendee experience from start to finish.

Based in London, you will work onsite with a dynamic entrepreneurial team, travel to conferences overseas, and lead a growing team of volunteers while building scalable operational processes.

Qualifications

• UK work permit required.
• Training provided; no strict prior experience needed.
• Ability to manage a 40-person volunteer team and multiple moving pieces.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage suppliers for conferences.
• Plan and execute sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities.
• Coordinate with venues and on-site staff to ensure logistics run smoothly.
• Provide on-site support during events and maintain inventory sheets.
