Qualifications

• What do you need to be a Concierge? You will be the first point of contact for guests and ensure a uniquely personal experience in the city.
• Experience as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent in a 4/5* hotel is beneficial.
• Knowledge of the local area and great food and drink spots will help in guiding guests.
