Job summary

Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a part-time Spa Receptionist on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will welcome guests, handle bookings and guide guests through their spa journey in a 5-star setting.

Desirable experience in a hotel/spa environment, passion for wellness, and ability to work across shifts. Benefits include shift flexibility, staff discounts, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
• Experience with diary-based booking systems is desirable.
• A warm, authentic personality with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet spa guests in a 5* manner and educate them on offerings.
• Manage bookings in person or by phone and guide guests through the spa journey.
• Promote and upsell treatments and a range of spa products.
