Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa in Glasgow is seeking a Front Office Receptionist on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will welcome guests, check them in/out, handle queries and promote the IHG One Rewards program, delivering heartfelt personal service.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, weekends required.
• Receptionist/Concierge/Guest Services at 4–5* hotel preferred.
• Proficient with hotel systems; Opera experience a big plus.
• Warm, authentic personality with a can-do attitude and service focus.
• Willing to work with the Kimpton team to delight guests.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, handle queries or complaints.
• Welcome guests to the city and promote the IHG One Rewards program.
• Provide special experiences and recognise loyalty members during stays.
