Job summary

Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa in Glasgow is seeking an authentic Front Office Receptionist for a full-time, 12-month fixed term contract. You will welcome guests, check them in and out, handle queries and contribute to a 5-star guest experience with a personal touch.

We value a warm personality, weekend availability, and experience in 4/5* hotels. Opera PMS familiarity is a plus as you join our Kimpton team delivering heartfelt human connections.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 40 hours per week (weekend availability is required).
• Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* Hotel is beneficial.
• Confident working on hotel systems; experience with Opera is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests and handle queries or complaints.
• Welcome guests to the city and promote the loyalty program.
• Be a warm, authentic host who creates memorable experiences for guests.
