Job summary

Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa in Glasgow is seeking an authentic Front Office Receptionist for a full-time, 12-month fixed term contract. You will welcome guests, check them in and out, handle queries and contribute to a 5-star guest experience with a personal touch.

We value a warm personality, weekend availability, and experience in 4/5* hotels. Opera PMS familiarity is a plus as you join our Kimpton team delivering heartfelt human connections.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 40 hours per week (weekend availability is required).
• Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* Hotel is beneficial.
• Confident working on hotel systems; experience with Opera is a big plus.

We are looking for an authentic and driven Front Office Receptionist (Full-Time) to join us at Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa on a 12 month fixed term contract and embrace your unique, best self to provide our guests with heartfelt human connections!

What do you need to be a Front Office Receptionist?

Your main duties and responsibilities will be checking in and out our guests, dealing with any queries or complaints, welcoming our guests to the city and interacting with them to encourage them to join our loyalty program.
