As a Concierge, you'll make a difference to every person who walks through our centres, whether through a warm welcome or by selling memberships to enhance their lifestyle.

Concierges respond to enquiries and convert them into memberships. They are often the first point of contact for customers, answering calls, handling transactions, addressing queries, and participating in community outreach projects. Your focus will be on providing excellent customer service, supporting your team, and maintaining the highest service standards.

What you need:

• A strong focus on customer service
• Passion and friendly personality
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Team player attitude
• Good IT skills, literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
• Some experience in administration

What you’ll do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers
• Answer incoming calls
• Handle transactions, including setting up direct debits and cash handling
• Manage membership enquiries and sales
• Set up equipment
• Support your team daily by preparing studios, gyms, or sports halls, and maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the centre
