Located in Whitechapel, Founders House Lifehouse is looking to recruit an experienced Night Concierge to join our Homelessness Service Team. We provide residential supported accommodation for up to adult males experiencing homelessness.

Role and Responsibilities:

The role of Concierge involves providing effective assistance with Housing Management functions within our Lifehouse Services. The Concierge is often the first point of contact for everyone accessing our Lifehouse.

This position is crucial in ensuring our vision for high-quality, outcome-focused support services is delivered, emphasizing client choice and control.

Additional Details:

This is a waking night shift, requiring response to emergencies during the evenings and night.
