As a Concierge with Sodexo, you'll be the welcoming face of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless workplace operations and shape that all-important guest experience. Enjoy a role where you’ll love what you do.

What you'll do:

• Greet and assist employees, clients, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Deliver consistent front-of-house operations, including reception, visitor sign-ins, communal areas and meeting room coordination.
• Manage meeting room setups, ensuring rooms are clean, well-equipped, and ready for use
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support a seamless workplace experience.
• Host workplace events, client activities, and proactively escalate maintenance or facilities issues to the appropriate teams.
• Assist with Porterage duties such as furniture reconfigurations, cabling checks, and manual handling
• Conduct daily floor walks; log faults and liaise with helpdesk to resolve issues
• Handle incoming communications and ensure messages are delivered accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable office environment.

What you'll bring:

Previous experience or coordinating site services teams to deliver events

Exceptional communication skills are the key

Ability to forge relationships with all levels of client and customer

A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for exceeding customer expectations

Proficient in office software (, Microsoft office, excel, power-point, outlook)

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Flexibility with hours to accommodate different events
