Join Our Team as a Concierge in London!

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you enjoy making a difference in people's day-to-day lives? We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused Concierge to join our dynamic team in the heart of London.

If you’re committed to maintaining high standards and resolving issues efficiently, this role is perfect for you.

  • Location: E1-London (Spitalfields Market area) - Please ensure you live no more than a 45 minute commute from the site.
  • Annual Salary: £28,000-£30,000 (Dependent on Experience)
  • Hours: 35Hours p/week
  • Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 11am-7pm
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests.
  • Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate concerns to the building manager as needed.
  • Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.
  • Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residentsensuring a smooth communication and pick up.
  • Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
  • Safety Checks:Looking out for H&S hazards on site patrol,Assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
  • Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience.
What You'll Bring:
  • Experience as a concierge is a plus, but a strong customer service or security background is equally valued.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.
