Legends Global (Europe) in Coventry is seeking a Concessions Team Leader to oversee a concessions unit on event days. You will lead a small team, manage stock and cash processes, and uphold high standards in a fast-paced live events environment.

You will deliver exceptional guest service, coordinate shifts, monitor till operations and profit controls, and work to ensure efficient service during peak periods at the Coventry Building Society Arena.

Competenze

• Experience in fast-paced hospitality, retail, concessions or food and beverage environments.
• Proven ability to supervise or lead small teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, organised and capable of handling staff, stock, cash, and daily operations.

Mansioni

• Deliver an outstanding guest experience with friendly, efficient service during busy event periods.
• Lead, motivate and coordinate a small team with clear communication and direction.
• Manage customer queries and complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee stock control processes and ensure stock is counted, recorded and available.
• Maintain a clean, safe and fully operational concessions unit to company standards.
• Take responsibility for till operations, cash handling, refunds, end-of-shift reporting and profit control.
