Job summary

Legends Global is seeking casual event day concessions staff to deliver outstanding customer service at Coventry Building Society Arena. You will work in-house concessions outlets with flexible shifts around event calendars and a friendly, sociable team in a fast-paced live events environment.

You will lead teams during peak periods, manage stock, handle till systems, and maintain high standards of presentation and cash control. Training and support for staff is provided.

The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an event day concessions staff to join us on a casual basis. The main purpose of the role is to provide guests with an excellent customer experience serving a variety of food and drinks in our in-house concessions outlets.

This is a casual, event-based position, offering flexible shifts around Coventry Building Society & Coventry City FC's event calendar.

The Responsibilities
