Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, stadiums, events or premium service environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, allergens and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional service across premium hospitality areas (boxes, lounges, restaurants, VIP spaces).
• Provide food and beverage service, guide guests through menus and take accurate orders.
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness and high standards of hospitality in line with venue ethics.
• Work with kitchen, bar and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service during events.
• Present informed recommendations on menus and upsell where appropriate while ensuring safety standards.
• Collaborate with teams to reflect premium standards of Coventry Building Society Arena and Legends Global.
