Legends Global is seeking a Bar Team Leader to oversee the bar operation during events at The Venue in Coventry. You will lead from the front, supervise the team, deliver excellent guest service and manage stock and till procedures.

You will train and coach staff, promote beverage knowledge, handle guest feedback professionally and ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety, and company policies. This role offers weekly pay and flexible shifts to support a healthy work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced bar environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service focus.
• Knowledge of stock, cash handling and till procedures.
• Ability to train staff and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day bar operations during events ensuring service excellence.
• Supervise, brief, train and coach team members across shifts.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain stock levels, cash handling and till procedures with accuracy.
• Support service by serving drinks and assisting during busy periods.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and company policies.
