Job Title : Computing Teacher

Pay Rate : £30,000 - £50,000

Location : Telford

Start Date : Feb Half Term

Type : Long Term (End of Academic year)

Hours : 8.15 – 16.00

Smart Education are working with a Secondary School located in the LEA of Telford. This school are looking to appoint a Computing Teacher to join them for a long term Teaching role to teach Computing to pupils aged 14-18. The role is offered on a contract basis that will run through to the end of the academic year 2025 / 26.

This school are the heart of the local community, located in an area of significant disparity the school offers a transformative experience for their pupils, and was graded as a ‘Good’ school in their most recent Ofsted. Job Requirements for this Computing Teacher role:
  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Valid Child DBS (Or be willing to get one)
  • Patience, empathy and a commitment to serving the pupils you support to the best of your ability
  • Clear understanding and commitment to safeguarding
  • Ability to offer differentiated teaching as required
  • Strong communication and teamwork to work with the rest of the staff team.
