Job summary

First Base Employment Ltd in Nuneaton is seeking an experienced Composite Laminator to join our busy composites department. You will laminate parts using pre-preg carbon and glass materials and check drawings and route card instructions before starting work.

This permanent role is on double day shifts, 37 hours per week, with a salary of £33,396 per annum. You will help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency while maintaining equipment and a tidy work area.

Qualifications

• Experience with pre-preg autoclave processes.
• Experience working with carbon and glass composite materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow procedures and detailed work instructions.
• Good verbal communication and listening skills.
• Able to work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
• Motorsport, automotive, aerospace or defence composite experience would be highly desirable.
• Reliable, organised and committed to producing high-quality work.
• Good team player with a positive and professional approach.

Responsibilities
