Job summary

Matchtech is seeking experienced Composite Laminators to join a leading automotive team on a long-term contract in South Oxfordshire. You will lay up pre-preg carbon fibre parts to tight tolerances, working from engineering drawings and lay-up manuals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Your background in F1, motorsport, or aerospace, plus strong knowledge of composites and lay-up techniques, will be essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a laminator in F1, motorsport, or aerospace.
• Strong understanding of composite materials and lay-up techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

This role is ideal for skilled laminators with a background in Formula 1, motorsport, or high-end composite manufacturing. You will be working on cutting-edge components in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a laminator in F1, motorsport, or aerospace
• Strong understanding of composite materials and lay-up techniques
• Ability to work night shifts and weekend days consistently
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude

• Days from £28.20 UMB (£21.06 PAYE)
• Nights from £32.43 UMB (£24.22 PAYE)
• Weekends from £33.84 UMB (£25.27 PAYE)

Shifts

• 6x Nights - 18:00-04:30 (Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri)
• 1x Wkend Days - 06:00-18:30 (Fri-Sun)
