Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a Composite Laminator to join a leading motorsport organisation in the UK. You will manufacture composite components and assemblies for high-performance racing applications, following engineering instructions and rigorous quality standards.

In this fast-paced production role, you will operate laminating processes, prep mould tooling, and work with autoclaves, ensuring safety and process compliance while supporting colleagues across manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Composite Laminator within motorsport, aerospace, automotive, or a similar high-precision manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of composite manufacturing processes and techniques.
  • Ability to work accurately from engineering instructions and process documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to identify priorities and take initiative.

Working within a high-performance composite production environment, you will play a key role in delivering precision-engineered parts to demanding quality and performance standards.
