Job summary

Owen Daniels is recruiting for experienced Composite Laminators to join modern manufacturing facilities in Oxfordshire and nearby counties on long-term contracts. You will fabricate high-quality components using pre-preg lay-up, vacuum bagging and related processes, in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Typical duties include carbon fibre lay-up, reading layouts, trimming and maintaining quality standards. Immediate starts and overtime are available with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Solid previous experience as a Composite Laminator.
• Background in motorsport, automotive, aerospace, defence or high-performance manufacturing.
• Experience working with carbon fibre composites.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Flexible approach to shift patterns and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture high-quality composite components using a variety of techniques.
• Carry out carbon fibre lay-up, wet lay-up and vacuum bagging where applicable.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and lay-up manuals.
• Work to strict quality and production targets.
• Trim and prepare components as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Composite Laminators - £20-24 an hour - Outside IR35

We're recruiting 15+ experienced Composite Laminators for multiple long-term contract opportunities with leading manufacturers within the motorsport, automotive and aerospace sectors.

Due to a significant increase in workload and several major projects kicking off, we're looking for skilled laminators to join high-performing production teams at modern manufacturing facilities in Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire.

The Role
