Job summary

TXM Recruit seeks an experienced Composite Laminator to join a busy composites team working on motorsport, aerospace and high-performance projects in Hampshire. You will laminate carbon fibre components to engineering drawings, prepare moulds, and perform vacuum bagging and autoclave operations.

We require attention to detail, the ability to read drawings, and flexibility to work overtime. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge materials and processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Composite Laminator in motorsport/aerospace/high-performance industries.
• Strong knowledge of pre-preg laminating techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and lay-up manuals.
• High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work under pressure.
• Flexible and reliable, with the willingness to work overtime.

Composite Laminator

Location: Hampshire

Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30

Rate: Up to £24.00 per hour

Status: Outside IR35
