Job summary

A growing organization in Enfield is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to strengthen their compliance framework. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legal regulations, supporting various teams with compliance guidance, and conducting due diligence checks. Qualifications

  • Experience in a compliance-focused or regulatory role.
  • Strong understanding of Data Protection and Anti-Bribery regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and report-writing skills.
  • Proactive, detail-driven, and comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements including Data Protection and Anti-Bribery.
  • Support teams across Sales Programme Service Support and Procurement with compliance guidance.
  • Maintain and promote internal compliance and ethics policies.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and advise the business on required changes.
  • Conduct due diligence checks and risk assessments on third parties and transactions.
  • Support compliance across the contract and programme lifecycle.
  • Complete DPIAs, maintain processing records, and respond to data protection queries and subject access requests.
  • Assist with compliance training and support investigations into potential non-compliance issues.
