  • Lead internal and external audit preparation, coordination, and follow-up actions.
  • Develop and monitor compliance documentation, including manuals, procedures, and risk assessments.
  • Train and support colleagues on compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions following audits and non-conformance reports.
  • Work with management teams to identify opportunities for system and process improvement.
  • Provide clear reporting on compliance status, risks, and improvement opportunities to senior management.
  • Support group-wide initiatives to standardise and strengthen compliance culture across businesses.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, 14001, 9001 and ideally AS9100.
  • Proven track record in managing compliance or quality systems within manufacturing or engineering.
  • Excellent IT skills (data analysis, reporting, document control, system integration).

  • Ability to quickly understand business processes and translate them into effective compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working in environments where compliance is integrated with day-to-day operational decision making.
  • Experience in aerospace, defence, automotive, or heavy industry environments.
