Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is hiring a Complex Case Tenancies Officer in Newham to manage no-access cases within the Housing Income Collection team, ensuring safety and legal compliance. You will conduct home visits, coordinate inspections, and prepare court documentation while safeguarding vulnerable residents and maintaining case records.

The role requires housing law knowledge, DBS clearance, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or higher
• Enhanced DBS Check required
• Experience with housing law, safeguarding, and data protection
• Experience supporting legal processes or attending court

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage a caseload of no-access properties, including home visits
• Coordinate gas, electrical, and safety inspections to secure access
• Prepare documentation for unresolved cases and attend court when necessary
• Identify safeguarding concerns and liaise with partners to support vulnerable residents
• Maintain accurate case records and contribute to performance reporting
