Adecco Group UK & Ireland is currently seeking a Complex Admin Officer for their Resident Services team based in Newham. The role focuses on tenancy compliance, fire safety, and delivering high-quality services to housing residents.

The position is a 3-6 month contract with potential extension up to 1 year, offering a rate of £18.92 per hour. You will respond to resident inquiries, conduct tenancy investigations, and support vulnerable residents while coordinating with relevant support networks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable understanding of multi-tenure housing management.
• Specialist knowledge in fire safety, tenancy irregularities, and legal enforcement.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with residents and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident inquiries through various channels, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Conduct investigations into tenancy irregularities, including unlawful subletting and abandonment.
• Provide expert advice on fire safety and housing compliance.
• Support vulnerable residents in sustaining their tenancies, collaborating with relevant support networks.
• Attend court or tribunals as necessary and manage tenancy breaches until resolution.
