Job summary

5 Star Recruitment is seeking a Case Manager Tenancy and Estates to oversee administration and management of social housing properties and to provide tenancy advice to customers, including vulnerable individuals. You will ensure accurate recording of all customer interactions on the Open Housing System and work to sustain tenancies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A to C (including English and Maths) – Essential.
• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent, or significant relevant experience within housing; local authority or registered provider – Desirable.
• Evidence of continuing development of professional skills via training or qualifications – Essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide tenancy and estates advice with knowledge of housing law and current legislation.
• Oversee administration and management of 550–750 tenancies.
• Record all customer contact accurately on the Open Housing System.
• Work with vulnerable customers to sustain tenancies and ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Engage with multi-agency partners to support individuals and communities.
