Job summary

Superior Healthcare is seeking a Complex Care Coordinator to plan and roster care staff into shifts, ensuring attendance and delivery of care for complex needs.

You will build strong relationships with staff, carers and nurses, and with clients, while managing on-call duties and coordinating monthly rotas. The role is office-based on the outskirts of Whitstable with occasional travel in Kent; excellent benefits and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• You will have strong communication skills both over the phone and via written communication.
• You will be a problem solver, quick thinker and solution driven.
• You will have previous coordination experience either in complex care or domiciliary care.
• You will have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and roster care staff into shifts for complex care clients.
• Organise rotas a month in advance for complex care clients.
• Build strong relationships with staff (carers and nurses) and with clients.
• Obtain staff availability and communicate with staff and clients in a respectful, professional manner.
• On call responsibility.
