Job Description

As a complex care coordinator, you will be planning and rostering care staffinto shifts and ensure that the care workers and nurses that are responsible fordelivering care and support on a day-to-day basis attend their shifts asplanned.

What’s on offer for the Complex Care Coordinator?

• Ourclient will offer you a salary of £30,000
  
• Currently the hours are Mon toFri 9am - 5pm, plus on call is 1 in 5 weekends (this could reduce in time) and 1 evening / morning per week (1700 - 2300/0600 - 0900). However, this may change to a different schedule, so someone who is open to a different work schedule which would involve some weekend work.
  
• The role is office based (outskirts of Whitstable), with occasional travel in Kent to meet clients / families.
