Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills both over the phone and in writing.
• Problem solver with quick thinking and solution-driven approach.
• Experience coordinating complex care or domiciliary care.
• Right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and roster complex care staff a month in advance.
• Build strong relationships with staff including carers and nurses.
• Build relationships with clients and families.
• Obtain staff availability and communicate schedules.
• Ensure staff attend shifts as planned and manage scheduling conflicts.
