Job summary

HRS Healthcare in Brighton is seeking a Complex Care Coordinator to plan and roster care staff into shifts for complex care clients, ensuring attendance and smooth delivery of care. Based in Brighton, you will build strong relationships with staff and clients, manage availability, and communicate professionally.

Qualifications

You will have strong communication skills both over the phone and in writing.
You will be a problem solver, quick thinker and solution-driven.
You will have previous coordination experience in complex care or domiciliary care.
You will have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

The care coordinator will organise rotas a month in advance for complex care clients.
Build and develop strong relationships with staff members (carers and nurses).
Build and develop strong relationships with clients.
Obtain staff availability and communicate with staff and clients professionally.
Ensure attendance and coordination of shifts for daily care delivery.
