Job summary

HRS Healthcare in Brighton is seeking a Complex Care Coordinator to plan and roster care staff into shifts for complex care clients, ensuring attendance and smooth delivery of care. Based in Brighton, you will build strong relationships with staff and clients, manage availability, and communicate professionally.

• You will have strong communication skills both over the phone and in writing.
• You will be a problem solver, quick thinker and solution-driven.
• You will have previous coordination experience in complex care or domiciliary care.
• You will have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.

Job Description

What’s on offer for the Complex Care Coordinator?

• Ourclient will offer you a salary of £30,000
• Mon toFri 9am – 5pm, plus on call is 1 in 5 weekends (this could reduce in time) and 1 evening / morning per week (1700 - 2300/0600 - 0900)
• The role is office based (outskirts of Brighton) Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm, with occasional travel to Essex to meet clients / families
