Job summary

Solaria Group is seeking an experienced Client Manager to oversee a portfolio of complex care packages, ensuring safe, personalised services. The role combines client relationship management, care quality oversight and operational duties within a national healthcare setting.

You will support remote teams, participate in on-call duties, and contribute to service delivery improvements while working in a hybrid setup from Rotherhithe/London.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex or domiciliary care environments.
• Experience managing care packages and client relationships.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding safeguarding, person-centred care and quality standards.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
• Proactive, professional approach to community care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of care packages with high standards of care.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, families and care professionals.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure care packages meet needs.
• Support remote care teams and resolve operational challenges.
• Monitor service quality and safeguarding practices.
• Contribute to budget management and targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Participate in on-call rota outside normal hours.
