Job summary

Solaria Group is seeking an experienced Client Manager to support specialist community care delivery in London. The role combines client relationship management, care quality oversight, and operational duties within a hybrid work setting, with a salary of £30,000 per annum.

You will oversee care packages, engage with clients and colleagues, conduct reviews, support remote teams and contribute to service delivery. This is a professional path within an established national healthcare provider.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care, domiciliary care or similar health and social care.
• Experience managing care packages, client relationships or care professionals.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of safeguarding, person-centred care and quality standards.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and support remote teams.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential).
• Proactive, professional approach to high-quality community care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of care packages, ensuring consistently high standards of care.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families and care professionals.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure care packages meet individual needs.
• Support and manage remote care teams, guiding and resolving operational challenges.
• Monitor service quality and safeguarding practices.
• Contribute to budget management, financial performance and targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Participate in an on-call rota to support services outside normal hours.
