Qualifications

• Level 3 or above diploma or equivalent in Leadership and management/ Health and Social Care.
• Ability to organise staff meetings and manage on-call responsibilities.
• Desire to work with all customer groups and maintain high standards of care.

Responsabilités

• Manage a team of care and support workers to provide independent living and high standard of personal care.
• Allocate regular care visits and ensure continuity of care for customers.
• Oversee a geographical area and supervise staff performance and development.
• Carry out on-call duties and participate in service development and marketing activities.
