City & County Healthcare Group is seeking a Client Manager in London for a hybrid role, combining home-working with office-based visits to clients. The position offers £30,000 salary and a 9am–5pm schedule with on‑call duties on a rota basis.

You will manage care packages, forecast budgets, and ensure high-quality care while liaising with clients and care staff. Training and development opportunities are provided, along with employee discounts and holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Efficient, organised care professional with remote team management experience.
• Passion for community care and building relationships with clients and carers.
• Driver with own vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a portfolio of care packages promoting person-centred care.
• Forecast and manage budgets and KPIs for care packages.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and their care staff to ensure high-quality care.
