Job summary

Leaders in Care in London is seeking an experienced Client Manager to own and oversee home-based care packages. The role is Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with one day from home and the rest split between the office and client visits.

You will manage your own caseload, build relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals, and ensure safety and person-centred care while contributing to budgets and KPIs. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and social care, ideally complex care, domiciliary care or community-based services.
• Organised and confident in managing people and a busy caseload.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of community care packages.
• Visit clients and ensure high standards of care.
• Support and manage care teams working in clients' homes.
• Build relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
• Review care packages to ensure safety and person-centred care.
• Manage safeguarding, compliance and service quality.
