Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen is seeking compassionate and reliable support workers to join a brand-new team caring for a client with quadriplegia. You will receive full training and induction while contributing to interventions such as ventilation support, catheter care, bowel management, medication administration, and personal care.

The role offers flexible work patterns, opportunities for progression to senior roles, and a supportive, family-friendly environment with DBS clearance provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical tasks is advantageous but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ventilation support, catheter care, and bowel management.
• Administer medications as prescribed and support personal care.
• Utilise moving & handling equipment and provide compassionate day-to-day care.

Our client is a gentleman who has quadriplegia due to a spinal injury and they are also to susceptible to episodes of autonomic dysreflexia and sleep apnoea.

We are looking for someone to be apart of a brand new team, who shows compassion, dedication and reliability into helping towards transform the client's life to the best way possible.

You will be involved in a multitude of clinical interventions where full training will be given and this can include:

• Ventilation Support
• Catheter Care
• Bowel Management
• Medication Administration
• Using Manual Handling Equipment
• Providing Personal Care.

What you'll need

Experience required in the following clinical tasks would make your application extremely advantageous prior to an interview commencing:

• Ventilation Support
• Catheter Care (Suprapubic)
• Bowel Management (Inclusive of Manual Evac.)
• Medication Administration
• Moving & Handling Equipment
