Job summary

Independent Community Care Management Limited in Wellingborough is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to support a spinal cord injury client overnight, ensuring comfort and safety in his home. Ventilator management and PEG support are key duties. The role requires a calm, caring professional with a focus on patient wellbeing.

Full nurse-led training is provided; prior tracheostomy management experience is preferred. This is a meaningful position within ICCM’s growing complex care team.

What you’ll do

Supporting and caring for a spinal cord injury client throughout the night you will ensure his comfort and safety, a vital role that makes a real difference. Our client loves blogging and working in his home office, he also enjoys watching tv shows.

This rewarding role requires a confident, caring and friendly care professional.

• Ventilator Management
• PEG support
• Suction/ Cough Assist

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

Whilst you will receive full nurse led training, we are looking for a carer that has tracheostomy management experience.
