Job summary

City and County Healthcare Group Ltd in Loughborough is recruiting for a dedicated carer to join a brand new specialist team supporting a gentleman with quadriplegia.

You will be involved in ventilation support, bowel management, medication administration, and personal care, with full training provided. DBS check covered, induction paid, and clear progression opportunities within CCH. Shifts include days and nights, offering varied, rewarding work.

Qualifications

• Experience in the listed clinical tasks is highly advantageous.
• Experience with ventilation, bowel management, and medication administration is preferred.

Shifts:Days and Nights available: 8 am - 9 pm | 8 pm - 9 am

Driving Required: Yes - Access to your own vehicle and a full manual UK driving licence is essential.

Job Description

What you'll do

Our client is a gentleman who has quadriplegia due to a spinal injury and they are also to susceptible to episodes of autonomic dysreflexia and sleep apnoea.

We are looking for someone to be apart of a brand new team, who shows compassion, dedication and reliability into helping towards transform the client's life to the best way possible.

You will be involved in a multitude of clinical interventions where full training will be given and this can include:

• Ventilation Support
• Bowel Management
• Medication Administration
• Providing Personal Care.

Experience required in the following clinical tasks would make your application extremely advantageous prior to an interview commencing:

• Ventilation Support
• Bowel Management (Inclusive of Manual Evac.)
• Medication Administration
• Moving & Handling Equipment
