Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen in Loughborough is seeking caring staff to join a brand-new Complex Care team supporting a gentleman with quadriplegia, autonomic dysreflexia and sleep apnoea. You’ll receive full training and no prior experience is required.

Shifts include days and nights; driving is essential, and you’ll have access to paid DBS checks, comprehensive induction, flexible patterns and clear progression into leadership roles within CCH.

Qualifications

• Experience in the listed clinical tasks would be advantageous prior to interview.
• Ventilation support experience is beneficial.
• Catheter care (suprapubic) experience is beneficial.
• Bowel management experience is beneficial.
• Medication administration experience is beneficial.

Driving Required

Driving Required: Yes - Access to your own vehicle and a full manual UK driving licence is essential.

Job Description

Our client is a gentleman who has quadriplegia due to a spinal injury and they are also to susceptible to episodes of autonomic dysreflexia and sleep apnoea.

What you'll do

We are looking for someone to be apart of a brand new team, who shows compassion, dedication and reliability into helping towards transform the client's life to the best way possible.

You will be involved in a multitude of clinical interventions where full training will be given and this can include:

• Ventilation Support
• Catheter Care
• Bowel Management
• Medication Administration
• Using Manual Handling Equipment
• Providing Personal Care.

• Ventilation Support
• Catheter Care (Suprapubic)
• Bowel Management (Inclusive of Manual Evac.)
• Medication Administration
