Job summary

CCH is seeking dedicated care professionals for a Complex Care role in Loughborough. You will join a growing team to support a gentleman with quadriplegia, autonomic dysreflexia, and sleep apnoea. Full training will be provided, including DBS checks and induction, with opportunities for career progression.

Shifts include days and nights (8 am–9 pm and 8 pm–9 am). A full valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required due to location.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical tasks is advantageous.
• Willing to participate in full training and induction.
• Ability to move and handle equipment and provide personal care.

Responsibilities

• Assist client with ventilation support as needed (training provided).
• Provide personal care and daily living support.
• Manage bowel care and medication administration under supervision.
• Support client's well-being and safety.

Job Description

What you'll do

Our client is a gentleman who has quadriplegia due to a spinal injury and they are also to susceptible to episodes of autonomic dysreflexia and sleep apnoea.

We are looking for someone to be apart of a brand new team, who shows compassion, dedication and reliability into helping towards transform the client's life to the best way possible.

You will be involved in a multitude of clinical interventions where full training will be given and this can include:

- Ventilation Support

- Bowel Management

- Medication Administration

- Providing Personal Care.

What you'll need

Experience required in the following clinical tasks would make your application extremely advantageous prior to an interview commencing:

• Ventilation Support
• Bowel Management (Inclusive of Manual Evac.)
• Medication Administration
• Moving & Handling Equipment
