Job summary

Kin Vet Community is seeking a friendly Client Care Assistant for Willett House Veterinary Surgeons. You will be the first contact for clients, handling enquiries, appointments and records while supporting the clinical team.

Role requires caring, professional interaction, driving to cover nearby practices, and a track record in client care within veterinary settings. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, professional and approachable with excellent communication skills.
• Previous veterinary reception or client care experience is required, but a willingness to learn matters too.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and answering telephone enquiries.
• Booking appointments and managing client communications.
• Maintaining accurate client and patient records.
• Processing payments and assisting with administrative tasks.
• Supporting vets and the clinical team during consultations.
• Advising clients on practice products and services.
• Assisting with stock control, pharmacy and insurance administration.
• Supporting clients with compassion during difficult circumstances, including bereavement.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and health & safety.
• Working flexibly across branches when required.
