Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Greet and register new clients with a warm welcome
• Process insurance forms and manage insurance-related tasks
• Dispense medications as required and ensure accurate records
• Process payments and handle financial transactions
• Provide emotional support to clients while remaining professional
• Organise patients using the practice system
• Liaise with other veterinary practices to address needs
• Manage debts and refunds via phone where needed
• Ensure clients feel welcomed and valued at the practice
• Demonstrate resilience when handling distressing situations
• Maintain excellent customer service and teamwork
• Utilise Microsoft Office and database systems effectively
