CVS Vets is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to join our Selsdon hub, with responsibilities spanning appointment management, payments, insurance handling and client care. You’ll cover multiple sites (Warlingham, Selsdon, Wallington) and represent CVS to clients with warmth and professionalism.

You’ll join a team that values empathy, clear communication, and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional client experiences across our practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Receptionist is a must.
• Experience in a veterinary setting is a bonus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage communication: handle incoming calls and schedule appointments.
• Inquiries resolution: respond to queries via phone, email, and in person.
• Client reception: greet and register new clients, ensuring a warm welcome.
• Insurance management: process and manage insurance forms.
• Medication distribution: dispense medications as required.
• Financial transactions: process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Emotional support: provide empathy during distressing times while maintaining professionalism.
• System utilisation: organise patients using the in-house system.
• Inter-practice communication: liaise with other practices to address needs.
• Debt and refunds: make necessary calls regarding debts and refunds.
• Client care: ensure every client feels welcomed and valued.
