inspiring vet care is seeking a friendly, organised Receptionist to join our Oakfield Vet team on a full-time fixed-term basis for 6 months. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming and compassionate experience, managing appointments, handling enquiries, and supporting both clinical and non-clinical colleagues.

Working patterns include weekdays with a Saturday rota; benefits include generous annual leave, family-friendly policies, wellbeing initiatives, and pension.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with a strong focus on service and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, welcoming manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
