Inspiring Vet Care is seeking an organised Receptionist for a full-time fixed-term 6-month role at Fivelands Vets. The 38-hour week spans three sites with occasional Saturdays, delivering a welcoming, professional client experience.
You will manage appointments, answer enquiries, take payments and provide general admin support, with veterinary experience preferred but training available.

We are seeking an organised, personable and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Fivelands Vets on a full-time fixed-term basis for 6 months.
Our main surgery is situated in the centre of Moseley on the Alcester Road (nearly opposite the Texaco garage). Here we offer our most extensive range of services from nails clips right through to orthopaedic surgery and imaging.
We have ample off road parking at the front of the practice. Our staff will give you a warm & friendly welcome.
There are separate seating areas for clients with dogs & cat to minimise the stress to both dogs & cats, and cat only clinics on Wednesdays between 2pm and 3.20pm.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.
You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
We are looking for someone with Reception experience.
The right candidate will provide excellent customer service to our clients and their pets. You will need to have excellent communication skills and will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, taking messages, taking payments and providing general administrative support. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised and is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Veterinary experience preferred but not essential as training will be given.
