Outlook Care is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join Autumn Cottage, a seven-bed supported living service for people with learning disabilities beside the sea. You will support individuals with daily living, personal care, and help them participate in leisure, education and social activities.

Safeguarding is central to our culture and all successful applicants will undergo DBS checks and right-to-work verifications.

Competenze

• Relevant experience is desirable but not essential and applications are welcomed from individuals with transferable skills.
• Ability to work flexibly.
• Excellent listening and communication skills are essential.
• Good standard of written, verbal and numeracy skills.
• Good basic IT skills.

• Support individuals with learning disabilities with all aspects of daily living, from personal care to supporting them in leisure, education and social activities.
